1. Access Hours
The storage yard is accessible daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM unless otherwise advised.

2. Permitted Vehicles
Storage is available for boats, caravans, trailers, motorhomes, cars, trucks, and other approved vehicles. Management reserves the right to refuse unsuitable items.

3. Security
The yard is fully fenced and secured; however, all vehicles and personal belongings are stored at the owner’s risk. We are not responsible for theft, fire, vandalism, weather damage, or any other loss or damage.

4. Insurance
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own comprehensive insurance for stored vehicles and belongings.

5. Condition of Vehicles
Vehicles must be legally owned by the customer and must not leak fuel, oil, coolant, or other hazardous substances. Unsafe or environmentally hazardous vehicles may be refused or removed.

6. No Living or Camping
Living, sleeping, or camping in stored vehicles is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments
Storage fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Overdue accounts may result in denied access and additional fees.

8. Unclaimed Vehicles
Vehicles left unpaid or abandoned may be dealt with in accordance with New Zealand law, including recovery of outstanding storage charges.

9. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure their vehicle is locked and valuables are removed before leaving the yard.

10. Behaviour on Site
Customers must drive carefully, follow all site rules, and respect other users. Speed must be kept to a minimum while on the property.

11. Liability
Management is not liable for any injury, accident, or damage occurring on the premises except where required by New Zealand law.

12. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the storage facility constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
